Like a coin I roll down the path of mortal life
Wrapped around me my eternity
A silent Witness enjoying the ride in partnership
Yet in its grace letting me feel like
I am the one and only one enjoying the thrill
Unaware of my head or tail
Ignorant of mysterious beginning,
Final destination- a blinded corner
Still I claim the path’s ownership.
Note- A reading of Bhagvad Geeta chapter thirteen inspired
this little poem.
